Not in the traditional sense; our e-commerce store is here for shopping 365 days a year!

What is a Designer Proof?

These pieces have been reviewed and in some cases gently handled by our buyers or quality assurance partners. Some designer proofs have been worn by on-air models. These items are not damaged and have been inspected by our team!

I can’t find the item that displayed in your store earlier today?

Many items are one of a kind or designer proofs in very limited quantities. If another customer has purchased the last item of a particular style, it is no longer available. If a certain item “speaks to you”, we suggest placing an order as soon as possible!

Do you offer matching earrings or other pieces for your store items?

We refresh our store inventory weekly, due to the limited number of pieces for each design, we encourage you to check back often to discover if a matching item has become available!

Is your jewelry made with real gemstones?

Yes! Every gemstone is genuine in the Nicky Butler Sterling Silver, Raj Collection and Bronze Collection. These amazing pieces of jewelry are produced in Jaipur, India “the Pink City”, the gemstone epicenter of the world! A few style may contain CZ and this will be listed in the stone information for that item. The Fashion Jewelry Collection pieces were designed with Swarovski crystals and these styles do not have genuine gemstones.

There is a small black square in with the jewelry in my order, what is this?

This is an Anti-Tarnish tab. Please store along with your jewelry to help prevent tarnishing of your sterling silver jewelry.

Do you ship Internationally?

We currently only ship to addresses in the USA and Canada

Can I cancel my order?

If you order has not been processed and sent to the shipping center, we should be able to cancel your order. Please contact us at customerservice@finalsilversales.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.

Are items returnable?

Yes, we want you to be happy with and enjoy your purchase! If for any reason when you receive your jewelry and are unsatisfied, we offer a 30 day return. We make returning a purchase as easy as possible. You may return any unused merchandise in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging, for a refund. Please read our Return Policy for full details.

Are there any charges for returns?

There is no charge for returning an item. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
